The Radiodetection Genny4 signal transmitter has a patented dual frequency output, which makes it possible to locate small diameter cables, such as telecoms and street lighting. When paired with the Radiodetection C.A.T4+ locator, both signals can be simultaneously detected, and the power boost function allows the locate signal to travel further and deeper as well as permitting easier signal coupling to underground utilities.

Small Cable Locating:

Simultaneous dual frequency and simple, intuitive, locating methods assist Radiodetection C.A.T4 and Genny4 users to locate small diameter cables such as telecom twisted pairs, CATV feeds, and street lighting spurs which have historically been hard to find and a common strike risk.

Genny4 Signal Boost:

The Genny4 offers, alongside its standard power mode, a Signal Boost feature which increases the output signal by up to 10 times allowing you to locate over extra distance and depth. Additionally, the simultaneous Small Diameter Locate frequency design aids detection of smaller cables including telecom cables and street lighting, including spurs.
