The Benning CM 1-3 is a German engineered open jaw clamp meter, built to the highest international standards. It's a handy instrument with the open jaw clamp, enabling the user to simply push the tongs over the conductor and take a current measurement up to 400A AC.
A non contact volt detector is also built in as standard to this meter, making voltage indication easy and safe with no contact with live circuits. In addition AC/DC voltage, resistance, continuity and diode measurements can be made with the CM 1-3 and results are displayed on a LCD display for easy interpretation.
The Benning CM 1-3 is also CAT IV safety rated for use in industrial environments as well as other applications.
